Migration notes

Every commercial email builder stores designs in its own format and exports HTML. That means:

Published emails are portable. Anything already sent or exported remains valid HTML.

Editable templates are not. Moving vendors means re-creating templates, and at thousands of customer templates that is the switching cost — the real lock-in in this category.

Mitigation, if you have not moved yet: store the exported HTML of every template as it is saved, in your own storage. A future migration then starts from content you hold rather than content you must request.
